(1) This agreement should replace all the peace treatiesj

and their terms.
(2) All previous disputes should not be taken into
consideration with effect from the date of signing this
agreement.
(3) All buildings which are out of the boundary which
was fixed by H.H. Sayid Taimur bin Faisal, Sultan of
a
Muscat, should be demolished, but if the building is
inside the boundary neither of the party has any right
to raise objection.
(4) As to the buildings mentioned in clause 3, both
parties are not prevented from making buildings inside
their towns and villages.
