2. As you will perceive, it is proposed
to note the claims forwarded with your letter, and others of a similar nature that
may arise, for such action as it may be found possible to take, through the
Foreign Claims Office, at the termination of the war.
3. Applicants of foreign nationality should be referred to their own Govern
ments for assistance in the recovery of their claims. 1 his, however, would not
appear to apply to one of the firms
