1937 regarding the revision of the Muscat Civil Air Agree; .ent.
2. ’Copy is enclosed of a letter dated 27th October 1937
from the Air Ministry, from paragraph 2 of which it will be
seen that no objection is raised to the proposal that the
necessary amendment of Article 17 of the "Heads of
Agreement" of the Civil Air Agreement should be effected
by an exchange of letters between the
