fhe Director of Customs was amicably and satisfactorily settled by Moses Khan,
Provincial Inspector of the Administration, and the delinquent Mirza Jaafer was
released.
1019. With reference to paragraphs 659 (e) and 911 Mirza Sulaiman, Drago
man of the Customs, was removed to Bushire by the Customs ship Muzafferi
on the 10th August, and it is understood that he has been dismissed.
1020 With reference to paragraph 909 and also the seizure of the cargo boat
refer ed to m the succeeding paragraph 910, both these cases were satisfactorily
titled through the mediation of Moses Khan, Provincial Inspector of the Ad-
min stration who visited Lingeh on the 7th-10th August m the Customs ship
“ Meri ” The seizure of the small Mashwa could not be seriously contended
and as all the boats concerned belonged to one family, it was finally agreed that
the Customs who were inclined to acknowledge some responsibility m respect to
rhmmaed cargo-boat would release all the boats, including the small Mashwa
'/the Tarl and only the actual duty on the goods found in the boats would
