The following extract from a letter dated 18-6-1942 from
La tiff, Dubai to dbdul jalil Sc ibdullat if i, Bombay, explains the
position:-
TT I don’t suppose that to get a quota for Dubai should be
difficult. Because, from the quantity which the merchants
