Oentleiaen,
I am informed that Shaikh Hamad Alkhalifa has aol<!
to you his share in our lea-making Factory An East India Company trading post. at Bahrein and
that he has handed to you the key of the Factory An East India Company trading post. and you
are now in possession and working the plant and raaohinery
for your own use.
I give you notice that Shalfth Hemed had no
authority from me to dispose of his share in the business
and I am not prepared to accept you as my partner in the
business.
I am advised that in law you have no right to
enter the factory An East India Company trading post. premises without my consent and you must
certainly understand that the land adjoining the factory An East India Company trading post.
and the well which is the source of the water supply to the
factory An East India Company trading post. is n$y personal property and ha* never been
partnership property.
Therefore, unless you immediately surrender the
keys of the Factory An East India Company trading post. premises to my Agent, ]*r* Mohaised Rafi
Abdulkader and give your immediate undertaking to cease
from entering upon my land and/or from using the water
supply from my well and/or from using the Ice-making plant
and machinery, I will hold you responsible for all damage
and loss sustained by me in consequence of your wrongful
actions.
I may add that immediately it is possible I
intend to bring the whole matter before the Political
Agent in Bahrein.
f1thout prejudice I am prepared to purchase
from you the share which you have bought from Shaikh
/Hamed
