Letters of Administration granted to H.M’s Consul
Shiraz, on the 28th February 1925.
(b) Estate of Mirza Abul Qasim, Shirazi, Persian subject,
who died at Bombay. Letters of Administration, limited
to the deceased^ property in Bombay, granted to his son,
Mirza Abu Talib, Shirazi, on the 1st December 1925.
(c) Estate of Sir Ali Mohamed Khan, Mowaqqar-ud-Dowleh,
K.O.I.B*, who died at Tehran in May 1921. Letters of
Administration, limited to the deceased^ property in
Bombay, granted to his widow, Khadijeh Khanum, Lady Ali
Mohamed Khan, Mowaqqar-ud-Dowleh, on 1st December 1925.
H.M f s Consul, Shiraz, was appointed by the Court of
H.M’s Consul-General, Bushire, guardian of the property of two
minor children of Indian descent registered in the Consulate
at Shiraz as British subjects.
132 civil suits the value of the subject matter ranging
from Rs.10,000 to Krans 40, were instituted in the Court of
the Judicial Assistant, Duzdap. Of these, 93 were either with
drawn, compromised, settled by reference to arbitration or
dismissed; in 12 suits decrees were given and 27 were pending
at the close of the year.

subordinate to the Court of H-B^M's Consul-General.
No cases were tried by the Honorary magistrates of the
Anglo-Persian Oil Company at flbadan and Maidan-i-Naftun.
