A final order was passed by tne Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency.

civil suit No. 27 of 1925, in which an interlocutory order
nas been passed in 1926.
An order for tne filing of a fresh suit was passed
by the Political Resident A senior ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul General) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Residency. on an application for the
re-hearing of Duzdap civil suit No. 32 of 1925 on the
ground of lacK of jurisdiction of tne trial court.
A suit to recover value of goods supplied was filed
in the District Court, Bushire, by Messrs Yacub Memny
Indian firm, of Bushire, against Mr. R.J. Cross, British
subject, of Sniraz. Decree was passed in favour of the
plaintiffs.

Cerrard, British subject, were granted by the Additional
District Judge, Bushire, on 10-3-1927 to Mr. Minden
Gerrard, British subject, of Sniraz, husband of tne
deceased.
Several applications of a miscellaneous nature, the
majority relating to the administration of estates, were
disposed of during the year by the District Court.

at tiie close of tne year in the court of tne District
Judge, Kerman.

withdrawn, compromised, settled by reference to arbitration
or dismissed, decrees or orders were passed in 24 and 10
