With reference to Article 63 of tne Persian Coast and
Islands Order-in-Council, 1907, I have tne honour to submit
the following report on tne operation of the Order-in-Council
for the year ended 31st December 1928, for transmission to
His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

the Order-in-Council during the year:--
