You will have seen Dodd5s letter ^of the 19th
May giving the Admiralty vievys about the division
of the waters between Bahtin and Qatar.
2. The Admiralty view differs fromthe conclusions
tentatively arrived at at the meeting in Beckett's

room on 31st March in that it does not favour the
deviation of the n^Lddle line between, the two 39l£ Q
