led to a steady deterioration in the standards of the poorer

announced throughout Iran during the last quarter of the year,

' prepared by the Political Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. in Bushire for the years 1939-1945.
