New Delhi, the 1st April 1932,
No. 171-N .—In exercise of the power
conferred by section 3 of the Aden
Laws Regulation, 1932 (2 of 1932), the
Govern or-General in Council is pleased
to direct that the powers or duties
conferred or imposed on the local
Government under the enactments spe
cified in the Schedule hereto annexed
shall be exercised or performed by the
Governor-General in Council and not
by the Chief Commissioner of Aden.
