Cairo^s weekly ”A1 Rabita A1 Arabia” published on October 5th the
following informations sent from its correspondent in Basrah;
11 We are informed that the Iraqi Government has accepted to
maintain five students from Oman, five from Kuwait and several
others from Aden, Hadramut and Singapore in Iraqi schools. The
Government will support all their educational expenses. This fact
was much appreciated in Arab circles and will certainly have a
great influence for union in the
Persian Gulf

that the number of Educational Missions will grow and will receive
moral and material support from Arab Associations and Colonies in
