of Customs and establishment of Justice Courts for certain cases
and especially for t&ose known as ”E1 Ghoss’ tt cases*
2°Elaboration of a Budget for the Amir’s family, settling the
expenses and income of $he family 5
3°*- Complete freedom for trade and business|
4°•• Nomination of native officers to official posts. In case they W
would not give satisfaction, experts would be called in from other
Arab countries|
