I have the honour to inform you that

my Government consider it desirable that the
H.E.Saiyid Nuri-al-
Said, GCVO,CMG,etfrontier between Iraq and Koweit should be
Minister for
Foreign Affairs.
demarcated and I have received instructions to
propose to the Iraqi Government that arrange
ments should be made to do this at an early
date.
Government suggest that there should be an
exchange of notes providing that the work of
demarcating the frontier and erecting pillars
should be carried out in a manner similar to
that laid down in the notes exchanged for the
same purpose between the Iraqi and Saudi
