broken down with age. n e has been ruling this
Arab State for thirty years, lie has rrj=de his
subjects, whose number is 1000000, look like
ghosts, who think that there is no other village
beyond Abadan.
He gets from the American Oil Companies
who are utulising the oil of the Km.aities, 50
thousand dollars per day, but he still has
not opened a school or built a hospital ot a
mosque. He does not care for anything exept hisi
own affairs, his palaces, his bondmaid and his
American Yacht, whose decoration and furnishing
expenses only amounted to one million dollars.

Palestinian refugees. His Miserliness has become
more famous than Hatim Tay*s generousity.
