Letter from HM Chargé d'Affaires to Persia [Iran], Henry Willock, in Tehran, to the Secret Committee Pre-1784, the Committee responsible for protecting East India Company shipping. Post-1784, its main role was to transmit communications between the Board of Control and the Company's Indian governments on matters requiring secrecy. of the East India Company, of 20 November 1825, which was received from the Foreign Office on 21 July 1826. The letter details the payment of a bill for the education of Persian students in England, which has been deducted from the balance of the subsidy paid by Britain to the Persian Government.
