A copy of a letter from Captain John Malcolm, Envoy of the Supreme Government of India to Persia [Iran], to the Earl of Elgin (Thomas Bruce), Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire, sent from a camp on the Tygris [Tigris] and dated 23 March 1801.
