mation contained in these reports for their Locust Warning Orga
nisation but this Organisation has since been taken over by the
Government of India with effect from 1st April 1939 and has been
placed under the control of the Director, Imperial Agricultural
Research Institute, hew Delhi. As it is desirable to have all
information about locusts available at one centre, I am to reouest
that the
