(Or Pizhder). This is a warlike and powerful tribe in the district
of Qal‘at Diza, consisting of two sections, about 1,000 fighting men
under Babekr Agha, a fine man who maintains law and order
well, and about half that number under ‘Abbas Agha, who gathers
malcontents round himself and continually gives trouble.
