Aide-Memoire from, the Russian Government informs mo
that the Russian Government see no objection to the
proposed comiaunicotion being made by the Russian Ambassa
dor in London nor to Russian Minister at Teheran coming
to agreement with his British colleague to invite Zil~es--
Sultan to return to Persia if the latter’s services can
be useful to the two Governments.
Instructions have been sent in this sense to the
Russian Ambassador in London and to the Russian Minis
ter at Teheran.
