I enclose copy of a letter dated Sth March from
Rendel of the Foreign Office about the activities of a
young German naned Breisnich, which is, I think, self-
explanatory. *ou will see that the Foreign Office
have sent a copy of the correspondence to the Embassy
at Bagdad for observations, and we should be grateful
for any observations which you may wish to offer upon
it.
I am sending a copy of this letter to Metcalfe.
