by Air Liaison Officer, BAHREIN on a
reconnaissance carried out by him with the
object of selecting suitable sites for a
possible landing ground near the ’’Petroleum
Development (QATAR) Ltd.” oil camp on QATAR
Peninsular. The re rt also includes a
paragraph on the suitability of D0IIAT-ES-
ZEKRIT as an alighting area for flying boats.
Relevant maps and sketches are also attached.
