This file concerns Aramco construction projects at Dammam [Dammām] and Dhahran [al-Ẓahrān], Saudi Arabia, including a proposal for a seven mile pier (folio 3) and 330 mile-long railway running from Dammām to Riyadh (folio 4). The file also includes 'Notes on visit to Dhahran - 26th/27th November, 1950' prepared by Meikle which provides details of infrastructure, shipping, cargo, oil industry and customs.
