Letter regarding his departure from Gwadur [Gwadar] to Bombay, his handing over charge of Gwadur to Mr Warner and his intention to wait on Sir Bartle Frere, at Pelly's request, on arriving in Bombay.
The letter continues by reporting that all is quiet in Gwadur and Muscat and gives Ross his initial thoughts on Mr and Mrs Warner.
Ross concludes by reporting that the Caromandel is now slightly longer than she used to be but that this has not proved to be an inconvenience.
