Letter regarding Captain Lodden and Bullfinch 's expected arrival in Muskat [Muscat] and Pelly's hopes of meeting the Captain at Lingeh [Bandar-e-Lengeh] and using the Bullfinch to visit the arab coast and tend to affairs there before coming on to Muskat and requesting that Ross make the necessary arrangements with the Captain on his arrival at Muskat.
