The negotiations in Shchiras [Shiraz] are also discussed, with a look at the current political situation in the Gulf and including a proposal to form an alliance with Meer Mahanna [Mīr Muhanna]. The trade in raw silk from Ghilan [Gilan] is also examined, including how to transport it to Bushire.
