Content: The letter reports the news that George Skipp has returned from Shyrass [Shiraz] and now sails to Basra with George Green and a large amount of Bushire stock aboard the Revenge and Tyger . Also reports that the Eagle , and the Fancy , and the Dolphin have begun their patrol between Carrack [Kharg] and Bushire. Also discusses the punishment to be given a tardy naquida [nakhoda] and an application for house rent from Ensign Ferris [?].
