Letter regarding the mischief that has been caused by the Persian Foreign Office Munshee [ Munshi A term used in the Middle East, Persia and South Asia to refer to a secretary, assistant or amanuensis. Munshis were employed in the British administration in the Gulf. ]; issues surrounding ownership of houses and property in Bushire; a new steam yachy that Government has sent to Bushire; and other minor Bushire affairs.
