The letter is cover for letters from the Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. at Basra and the Presidency The name given to each of the three divisions of the territory of the East India Company, and later the British Raj, on the Indian subcontinent. at Bombay. It also informs that copies of the grants given to the Company by Sadoo Caun [Sadiq Khan] in July 1763 are being made and will be sent, as requested.
