The letter is a further complaint that copies of commands from Bombay are not being forwarded to Basra, and that news of Karim Khan's offers and demands should also have been sent to Basra first. It covers a supply of stationery, orders that accounts are to be sent every month, and advises that perpets should be sold in mixed colours to avoid being left with bad colours that won't sell.
