The letter informs that Skipp has drawn a loan from the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. at Bushire to be debted to the Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. at Basra. There is also a request for copies of the original grants given by the Vackeel (Karim Khan) to the East India Company in 1763 to be sent to him in Shiraz.
