Letter regarding a report from the Native Agent Non-British agents affiliated with the British Government. on the pirate coast that Sayed Soulem [Salim II bin Thuwaini] has hoisted the Turkish flag at Maskat [Muscat] which would be in keeping with his unity with the Wahabees [Wahhabis].
Pelly also reports on Soulem being pressed for money by the Wahabees, which he does not have.
