3. No benefit shall under this plan be granted to any EmDlovee
wj^ose service with the Company is terminated:-
(a) By the Company for cause and any one of the following

4. Upon termination other than as stated in (3) above, the
Compani will grant to any Employee who has completed at least five
(o) years oi Continuous Service with the Company the following sever'
