Article Fifth . The Company will measure all liquid
matters, at the time of their extraction from wells, either by
dipping reservoirs or by means of measuring instruments, and
neasure solid substances by weighing; and it should supply the
Shaikh with a copy of the register if His Excellency so demands.
likewise, the Company shall submit to His Excellency the Shaikh
m account of the substances extracted by it for every six months
ind the authorized agent of the Shaikh shall have the right of

Irticle Sixth. The Company may construct, maintain and

r hich are useful for it, as required for the purposes of its
aerations, and also the accommodations required for its employees,
ut excepting the places occupied by the enterprise of their owners,
r those which it will be difficult for their owners to part with;
nd tnese are exempted. And the Company shall be justified to choose I
he port which may be suitable for exporting its substances; and it
ill likewise be justified in using all the means of transport
equired for its operations in accordance with this agreement,
xcepting aerial transport, which, on every occasion arising for it, f
he Company must obtain the Shaikh's permission and consent thereto.
