Company; fails to make the payments mentioned in Condition
i
Fourth within six months of the date on which such payments
fell due. But if any dispute should occur on the part
of the Company in regard /o any payment, it will not be
permissibiLe to me to terminate the Agreement until it is
arbitrated on under Condition Sixteenth and unless the
Company has failed to comply with the decision of the
arbitrators within three months from the date of such
decision. Secondly, if the Company is proved to be in
default under the arbitration provisions of Condition
Sixteenth.
Condition Fifteenth . If there happen to be force majeure
and if the Company is rendered unable or held back from
fulfilling any of the conditions of this Agreement, it will
not be permissible for me to deem this accident as an
argument against the Company or to interpret it as a breach
of this Agreement. It is obligatory upon me, in that case,
to add the period of the delay together with any period
which may be necessary for the rectification of the delay
according to reason and truth to the period fixed in this
deed, and the Company shall proceed to make the necessary
restoration of such damage as expeditiously as possible.
Condition Sixteenth . If, God Forbid, any dispute should
arise between me and the Company as to the interpretation
of any condition of this Agreement, or as to any matter
arising out of it or with reference to the obligations of
either party under it, and if no agreement be arrived at by
any other way, it is imperaitve, in that case, to refer the
said dispute to two arbitrators, and I myself shall appoint
one of them; and the Company shall appoint the other each
