v/iiich v/e have granted according to this Agreement, and
shall undertake all the engagements and responsibilities
expressed therein.
Condition Thirteenth. The Company can terminate this
Agreement; but it is obligatory upon it to give me six
months' notice in writing of its intention to do so. And
if the said termination occurs within thirty five years
from the date of signature of this Agreement, all lands
granted by me to the Company and any land or buildings which
have been purchased by the Company itself and any houses
or buildings constructed by, and other immovable properties
of the Company within the State of Qatr shall be handed over
to us without cost. And wells actually producing oil must
be handed to us as they are at the time of delivery. And
also if such termination should occur after thirty five
years from the date of signature of this Agreement, the
Company shall hand over to us all its properties in the
State of Qatr, and similarly deliver to us wells actually
producing oil as they are at the time of delivery. And on
the exuirty of the period of this agreement, i.e. the
seventy five years, which we have provided for in Condition
First, or on the expiry of any period which may be added
thereto, with our mutual consent, for its extension or
renewal, the Company shall deliver to us all its properties
existing in the State of Qatr without cost and shall
deliver wells actually producing oil as they are at the
time of -delivery.
Condition Fourteenth . I, Shaikh Abdullah bin Qasim
atlx-Thani, shall have the right to terminate this Agreement
in two cases which we shall state below:- Firstly, if the
