Kemball informs Robinson that he has received intelligence of two 'highly suspicious' boats positioned on the Persian coast of the Gulf, seeking to apprehending merchant vessels. Kemball requests that Robinson issue orders to the officers of the Queen and Tigris to patrol the areas in which the two boats have been sighted.
