The letter is an acknowledgement of receipt of Kemball’s letter (folio 379) relating to the successful extraction of fines from the shaikhs of Charrack [Bandar-e Chārak], Kelat and Lingah [Bandar-e Lengeh]. Anderson writes that the Governor in Council approves of the tone and proceedings of Kemball’s report.
