The letter is an acknowledgement of Kemball’s earlier letter (folio 176) relating to the despatch of Commodore Robinson to the Arab coast, chiefly to investigate allegations made against the British Native Agent Non-British agents affiliated with the British Government. Hajjī Yaqoob at Sharjah. Anderson writes that the Government approves of Kemball’s proceedings in the matter, and await the results of the enquiry.
