Kemball acknowledges receipt of Robinson's two previous letters (ff 104-106, 107-108) and comments on each of the individual Maritime Truce violations reported to him by Robinson and the Native Agent Non-British agents affiliated with the British Government. at Sharjah. Kemball suggests that Robinson visit Ra's al-Khaymah and Muscat in person, in order to make enquiries regarding the act of piracy commited by one of the port's ships at Zanzibar (see ff 101-103).
