Letter regarding Pelly's recent three month cruise in the Gulf to settle the Arab coast troubles and the settling of Muscat affairs.

The letter also mentions Pelly's money in the Bank of Bombay his hopes (which he does not expect to be fulfilled) that he will be reimbursed.
