Letter regarding the Governorship of Bunder Abbass [Bandar Abbas] and Pelly's intention of travelling to Bassidore in April to meet Way and discuss his future movements around the south of the Gulf.
The letter also discusses Way's potential movements in visiting the arab coast should a ship of war arrive, and instructions on where to direct May Frere and Hugh Rose should this occur.
