This aerial view of Khor Jarama (Jarameh) a lagoon near Ra’s al Ḩadd was taken on 4 February 1932 by the R.A.F. during a reconnaissance mission in advance of a planned bombardment of Aiqa and Jaalan (Ja‘alān) described in following folios, f. 129-130.

The foreground and middle-ground are taken up by the lagoon while a spit of land is visible in the background.

The inscriptions in the upper right corner probably refer to camera settings, as well as date and time of capture.
