78. (1) A printed copy of this Order, and of all Rules of Procedure and other Rules

79. (1) This Order shall be published in the Gazette of India within such time

such day (in this Order referred to as the commencement of this Order) within six months after

" Gazette," appoint in this behalf.
(*) But any appointment under this Order may be made at any time after its passing, and
