The letter consists of orders to escort the Wasp as far as Muscat, where the Lieutenant is instructed to enquire after the fate of the Sylph ; should he learn that the vessel has been taken by the Joasemee [ Qāsimī One of the ruling families of the United Arab Emirates; also used to refer to a confederation of seafaring Arabs led by the Qāsimī tribe from Ras al Khaima. ] Arabs he should demand its return along with the Deria Dowlut .
