The letter is acknowledging the receipt at Bushire of 200 sabres intended for the use of His Highness Abbes Muza [Abbās Mīrzā A title of honour originally applied to princes, later to military leaders, and later still to secretaries, chieftains, and other ‘gentlemen’. ], and notes that these have been stored in the factory An East India Company trading post. pending further instructions from General John Malcolm or Sir Gore Ouseley.
