18th April 1931, i enclose herewitn translation of a letter
from the Council ol* Ministers forwarding a copy of their
reply to Mr. hedgcock 's resignation and a copy of the
latter's reply to tne Council. The reference in tne
last-named letter to a reply from bimla refers doubtless to
a decision on the Levy cut.
