I have the honour to return herewith three documents in
original, two of which are from the Sunni and Shiah Ulemas and
the third from the merchants of Bushire which I had kept for
the purpose of preparing documents in Lingah, and also to
forward herein eight documents which have been obtained, as
desired from the Sunni and Shiah Mstiias Ulemas and the mer-
/
chants and others at Lingah and which are as follows:-
(1). Document in original, from Shaikh Abdul,Rahman bin *usuf
Sultan-el-Ulema, in nullification of the deed of lease; and Bhelkh
Mohammed Mehdi's certificate.
(2). Document in original from Mulla Yusuf bin Mohammed
Abdullah in nullification of the said lease.
(3). Copy of document from Shaikh Mohammed Mehdi in nullification
of the said lease. 1 have kept the original with me for prepar
ing documents in the (Shib i\uii) Ports,
(4)» Second document in original from Shaikh Abdul Rahman bin
Yusuf, Sultan ul Ulema, stating thfct the lessor has the right,
legally, to expel the lessee from his property.
(5), Second douument in original from Mulla Yusuf bin Mohammed
Abdullah stating that the lessor has the right legally, to expel t
the lessee from his property immediately.
(6), Document in original from Syed Shubber stating that the
lessor can cancel the lease whenever he desire^, as he is not
bound legally.
(7), Document in original from the Merchants in nullification of
the s^id lease.
