Regarding this rejected draft cee Sheikh Sagar'o oboervations
(Annex 2) and Abdul Latif'o Not© (Annex 11). It will b© remarked
that the draft was written by Abdullah bin Hasan Samaiyeh. It
was all very ell for Abdullah ounningly to put ouch words into
Sheikh Sallm'a mouth, but Salics knew well enou^i that he was
not in a position to make such a pronounces?ent and the draft
waa rejected eneoifically on that account. Directly Abdul Latff
saw it, he said that it would not do and wrote out an amended
draft omitting the objectionable words. Until I show ed it to
him a few weeks ago. Sheikh Sagar had nev^r seen or heard
it.
